Backyard Tiger ("BT") warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Coverage
- 1-Year Limited Warranty - All components (wood, hardware, accessories)
- 10-Year Pro-Rated Limited Warranty -Wood rot and termite damage only
What We Will Do
BT will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion. Shipping & handling charges may
apply after the first 30 days.
Not Covered
- Normal wear, fading, or weathering
- Lack of maintenance or improper care
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications
- Improper installation or extreme weather
- performance or integrity
- Commercial or public use
- Labor or installation costs
- Cosmetic twisting, warping, checking, or any naturally occurring properties of wood that do not affect
Registration Required
Register within 30 days with proof of purchase. Valid for the original owner only. Non-
transferable.
